Moral Outcy Against Abortion
Whereas: Planned Parenthood filed a lawsuit against the Trump Administration, claiming that stripping them of taxpayer funding is “unconstitutional;” and
Whereas: A rogue, Obama-appointed Judge, Indira Talwani, filed a temporary restraining order against Congress, keeping the taxpayer money spigots flowing to Planned Parenthood; and
Whereas: The same judge ruled that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is prohibited from cutting Planned Parenthood’s Medicaid funding; and
Whereas: Now, 21 pro-abortion Attorneys General – including disgraced New York AG Letitia James – have filed a lawsuit against the HHS, claiming the same LIE that Planned Parenthood is making in their lawsuit!
Therefore: We The People insist you intervene in these legal cases to ensure that President Trump’s “Big, Beautiful” Budget Bill is allowed to finally DEFUND PLANNED PARENTHOOD.

About The Moral Outcry Petition
Before his passing, the late Justice Antonin Scalia explained why the U.S. Supreme Court had not yet acted to end Roe v. Wade stating, “I am against abortion. I want to end it! But where is the moral outcry?”
This Moral Outcry Petition was designed to serve as a symbol of that moral outcry.
Now, after the reversal of Roe v. Wade, the Abortion Lobby is trying to force doctors to commit abortions in hospitals.
By adding your signature to this petition, you are letting the U.S. Supreme Court know that pro-life Americans are rising up, not just against forcing doctors to commit abortions, but on legalized abortion itself.
